SmVAL11 in complex with its cognate pAb at a 0.5:1 ratio was analyzed by SEC-SAXS. Spectral deconvolution was performed using Evolving Factor Analysis (EFA), revealing two distinct peaks.The present analysis focuses on the second peak.
